Change of Ideas

As of recently, I have decided to drop the idea of Dual and explore the possibilities of what I could do with the ending scene and morph that into a more concise and story centred short film. The main reason I have decided to change my idea is that I have recently come to believe, through research and feedback that the best short films usually centre on one location with one or two characters. Therefore, my idea of Dual, which was complex, would have ran over the five minute mark and I would have had to heavily edit the film. Although this would have been entirely possible, I feared the fact that if I heavily edited a film which I liked, then the final product would not be as good as it could have been.
This was when I decided to expand the ending scene of Dual, which eventually became the beginnings of Preparations.
